    Interesting but X-archiver does not want to unpack the rar archive - anyone know what will in Linpus?

    John, the unlocking software is Win XP only and the driver software is Windows as well. Just buy the O2 SIM and use any old (unlocked) dongle.

    Thanks Adrian, eventually found an add-on to Thunar which allowed me to see inside the archive and then realised after reading the instructions found inside the rar file that one needed a windows machine to do it. On a related theme just noticed that 3Dongles4Free have just doubled their prices and the price of sim cards on Ebay is creeping up as well, but one would have to pay at least 30 pounds for an unlocked modem with card there.
