Unexplained light on keyboard. Acer Aspire 3

    Hi I have the above laptop. There are 2 lights to the top left of the keyboard. One is the power light, but with a battery icon near it. It's orange when the battery is charging, blue when it is charged. There is another blue light with a bulb icon that is on even when the computer is off and unplugged. Anyone know why this is?
