    Hey Everyone,
Whenever I try to boot my Mac into Windows by holding the option key and selecting the Windows drive, it freezes on a white screen. I even tried using recovery mode (Cmd + R), but it still gets stuck. This started happening after I installed Windows 10, and I later tried Windows 8.1 since my MacBook is a mid-2012 model.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hey,
It could be an issue with the Boot Camp installation or the Windows partition itself. Have you tried resetting the NVRAM or SMC? That sometimes helps with boot issues. Also, you might want to check if your Mac's firmware is up to date since it’s a mid-2012 model.

Are you able to boot into macOS without any problems, or does it get stuck there too?
