ubuntu eee on aspire one internal mic

    to start things off, im a noob

    i have an aspire one with ubuntu eee installed on it, i have everything i care about working but the internal microphone. i have to have the capture from the mic muted otherwise there is really loud static. ive tried everything but i cant seem to get it working right. any help?


    also does the internal mic work "out of the box" with ubuntu netbook remix 1.01?
