ubunto 8.10 stops install at busy box

I'm trying to install ubuntu 8.10. i've used Unetbootin to make a USB disk image, but it just stops at Busy Box. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution?

I solved this. I had tried to install xubuntu, but it turned out it was the 8.4.0 version using the USB stick. I then tried to over write this with ubuntu 8.10. Obviously didn't remove some aspect because when I formatted the stick and then re wrote it with 8.10 it worked.
