UA6E-BAL5 SSD Upgrade Options/temperature research

Hello Community, I was wondering if there's anything to be aware of in terms of getting a SSD that runs cool in this model. I had done an upgrade in another laptop with a SSHD that ran pretty hot and want to avoid that scenario. I understand SSDs generally run cooler than HDs but under load can become hotter as well. I'm not sure where to find this spec or how to go about researching it, so any tips general or specific would be appreciated - thanks!
