Hi,
Looking for feedback from the community. I own a HP Spectre 360 Convertible 15-ch0xx laptop. Till recently the wifi and my Office 365 including local instance of outlook was working fine. I was able to receive all the data and my emails were syncing fine. Since yesterday, however I am having following issues:
1. My outlook is not syncing I am not able to send or receive emails. I see a red ! sign against the Outlook icon on my bottom tray.
2. When I hover over the globe internet connection icon on the bottom tray i see the message no internet access, however I am able to open Chrome or Edge and browse web, login to my online yahoo account and send emails. etc. so despite the error message no internet access it seems my internet is working fine.
Actions take so far.
1. I have turned off the modem, rebooted it many times, including my laptop still it doesn't work.
2. I have tried logging in from 2 different location/internet services still same issue.
3. When i run laptop available network diagnostics it says, good news you are connected.
Any feedback/help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.
