I got some questions about the trackpad. First does it support scrolling? Like on my current laptop if I have a web page open and I move my finger up and down on the right side of the trackpad it will scroll the webpage. Does the one do that too? And is tapping on the trackpad the same as clicking with the left button?

Yes it supports both scrolling and tap to click.

Ok on a review site I see that the trackpad measures 2.5 x 1.2" ? Man that is kinda small. I have taped off my current laptop's trackpad to that size and I will see how usable it is

The track pad supports both horizontal and vertical scrolling, although there are no marks on it to indicate it. The track pad itself (ignoring the buttons) is 50x30mm, with buttons and the space next to the buttons it is 75x30mm.

I find it very responsive and got used to the side mounted buttons very quickly, although the buttons are loud on press.
