Thing that looks like a tiny piece of hair on my laptop screen

So I recently got my hands on an ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 17 laptop, and I've recently noticed this thing that looks like a piece of hair near the center of my laptop screen, I've tried multiple ideas but it doesn't go away, it is pretty faint to be fair but for someone like me it can still be pretty bothersome, if possible could someone explain to me what this is/what is causing it and if there's anyway to fix it?
