The Suffering - free game but not working...

Anybody know how to get this game running on the AAO? Had the graphics settings dialog come up the first time I tried to launch the game and the game had an error launching. I couldn't find a way to get that dialog back up again. I'll try tweaking the .ini file by hand. If anybody has success, let me know. Anybody know how to get this game running on the AAO?
