The One has changed my mind about Acer

    As I posted before I broke my keyboard, it was totally my fault I think I broke the key off when I had the keyboard removed to install RAM.. I called them and they wanted me to send it in but I asked if they could just send me a replacement keyboard and they agreed. 2 days later I received it via FedEx. Great service.
