Problem Description
User can't sign in MSN, and get message "Our Protocol is not supported by MSN server."
Root Cause
Microsoft truns off supporting on Windows Live Messenger v.8.0 that uses MSNP v13 protocol,
and Aspire one Messenger uses this version too.
Problem Impact
AOA 110 series
Solution Description
RD team is working to upgrade the protocol supporting to MSNP v15.
1. Tell user to use web messenger as MSN substitution, by launch browser and connect to this web side. http://webmessenger.msn.com/
2. After RD successfully upgrades the protocol, we will put on live update server and users can upgrade on that. (Schdule 8 Aug.)
