I want to be consistent in how I file and retreive data from external media. I am leaning towards using SD cards (SDHD) and I am wondering if class 4 or 6 is better. I have read that class 6 supports FAT 32, should I care?

FAT32 is old compared to NTFS. That was simply an ad to state that the card was backwards compatible. I use a slimline external drive for storage. USB pen Drives are also out with 32 or maybe 64 Gigs of storage and can be found cheaper.
