Does this happen to you guys? When i play mp3's or videos or especially when I am listening to music on stacker.com what happens in for instance when i am listening to stacker.com button clicks or window or program opening are really delayed. CPU utilization is only at 8-12% the whole time and 700megs of ram are free. Is the Atom just that bad at anything multimedia?

    Specs

    Aspire One A150
    Latest bios 3309
    1 gig ram
    120 gig HD
Winxp pro SP3 all updates installed
    latest drivers installed

EDIT.. OMG I can't believe it the sound just died again on my AA1 and just has the clicking noise. This is the same problem I just sent in the AA1 in for less than a week ago and supposedly was fixed. ARGH!

It's a known defect of Acer aspire one. Deal with it.

Don't listen to music with the integrated speakers
    lower the screen brightness
