System recovery tools not working on my Acer Desktop Recover

Hello i have two Acer computers one desktop one laptop ** i m planning to install Ubuntu and i want to dual boot. Because of this i would like to recover my Windows 7 partition as i have no Windows 7 dvd with my computers. Both have Acer Recovery tools installed When i run the Acer recovery from my laptop the 5 DVDs are burned in no time when i try to do the same from my acer desktop the recovery ends after the first dvd i tried with several kinds of DVD also i tried with anoter dvd drive *** problem is not hardware related that s for sure is there anyone who has any suggestions what to do next ? I would like to recover my Windows 7 Premium version on my desktop !!! When i burn the cd with the recovery tools this is working great on both computers no issues here.... My computer is Acer Aspire M7721 Intel R Core TM i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHZ 2.67 GHZ 6,00 GB 64 bites Thanks for any tips
