System incredibly slow

    Hello Aspire Users,

    I recently bought an Acer Aspire One AOA 110

    OS: WIndows XP Home Premium
    RAM: upgraded to 1,5 GB
    SSD: 16GB
    BIOS: 3310

    The problem is that it is very very slow, i have to wait 5min to extract a 5MB archive. It takes 10 min to install Firefox. What is wrong with it? I have tried installing a nlited version of XP (150MB) but the problem persits, it is unbelievably slow.
    Please help.

    Please, maybe someone else is facing the same problem and might give me an advice.

    I have an A110 SSD I installed "Flash Fire" on mine it improved performance dramatically.

    Read through this post, make sure you go to the end to get the latest version. viewtopic.php?f=54&t=12430

    I installed Flash Fire and my system runs much much faster.
