switching my netbook from windows xp to linpus linux 9.4

    hey...
    i kind of newbie using this netbook... :roll:
    curently my netbook using windows(i install my self using some video guide from youtube)....
    but i find out my netbook a bit slow :x ...so i want to install linpus linux back..
    but i dont know how?can any 1 give me easy step to install linpus linux 9.4?
