Swap partition encryption (very easy)

    I wrote the promised tutorial on swap encryption today, by combining it with my previous one on /home encryption (http://www.mindhack.us/?p=168) you will have a good combination of performance and security.

    The tutorial is short and easy to follow, if anyone has issues or wants to revert back to a non encrypted swap partition, just let me know.
