Super Backpack Photoshop Ultrabook under $1800 & 3lbs. anymore more than these 2?

So Yep, Im looking for a laptop or 2-in-1.
8GB minimum with space to expand to 12GB or higher.
atleast i5 or i7
intel 520 minimum gpu (is a bonus if it has dedicated!!)
under 3.5lbs (4.5 absolute max)
Pen enabled or good touch would be a bonus (draw and paint with). (ability to fold into a tablet a bonus)

I hear that the intel 520 graphics card can handle itself pretty well? and that is one option, the only other ultrabooks ive found is:

ASUS Zenbook UX303UB-DH74T
12GB, i7, GeForce 940M, 3,2lbs (display 3200x) $1640 cad
or
Yoga 260 16GB, i5, intel 520, 2.9lbs (but display is only 1300x) $1628
bonus: pen enabled and folds into tablet

or a Microsoft Surface but the screen is abit small would prefer minimum of 13"

What have I missed, whats my other alternatives?
