Stuck in bios please help and no keyboard

Hi So i have lenovo G Series laptop yesterday i have changed some bios setting which were legacy to uefi where i have disabled usb ports so i dont have any working keyboard beacuse my laptop keyboard port is dead and the external usb keyboard is not working please help.due to uefi my system try to boot with network what should i do
