Sound problem using Voodoo Kernel

Hi,
i've been installed voodoo kernel 9.5.0 all works ok and the system is stable but i've a big problem.
The audio playing has many drops watching video and earing music mp3 and wave.
Before installing voodoo i've used for many time speedstep kernel 9.2.0 and i have'nt this problem.
So why many people wont to use voodoo on aspire one and don't use speedstep?
It's true that che version of speedstep kernel is more old than voodoo but what does it menas?

If i want to back up to my old speed step where i can found the two kext at the 9.2.0 version?
System.kext stealbe...kext?
