Skype and BSOD

Have a little problem with (D250-0Bk) running WXP pro and Skype. It always BSOD’s me after a while (5-10 min). All drivers updated to latest and I have tried to switch to a physical cable since I thought it was a bandwidth problem but to no avail. In Wifi mode I got excellent connections and 24 Mbit/s. on cable. Any thoughts?
