"send to" failing in Firefox

    The inbedded function "send link" in Firefox does not work; I am using Thunderbird 2.0.0.18 and Firefox 3.0.3. under Linux. Any idea how I can repair it?

    I'm having the same problem w/ Thunderbird.....enter smtp server, but it times out and won't send mail. Did you figure it out or should i just find a different email client?
