Screen Scratch Repair Thread

    So.. i see we don't have a scratched screen forum yet (according to the search) so i thought i'd start one.

    So... i scratched my screen....accidentally while i was installing additional RAM.

    Its a very light scratch that can't be seen with the screen on at all but it can be seen if i look VERY carefully
    at a certain angle..but its still there...

    So i believe the screen is made of plastic... i've tried using Brasso with no sucess. I'm thinking about Displex.

    Any tips guys?

    bought some displex. we'll seet how it does on the ASPIRE one.

    displex didn't get rid of scratch. bummer. gotta just ignore and live on then.

    whats worst is displex left a haze where i applied it. doesn't show when its on. but when its off. its there. way to make it worse. >=[
