Screen resolution Asus E410 ON TV or suggestions

I'm trying to find the cheapest Asus or MAYBE Acer laptop to stream movies from various places, copy DVDs, download movies, and transfer movie files back and forth to and maybe from hard drive or external hard drive. I've been looking at the Asus E410 and it seems like it might do the job but I cant find enough info. Have any suggestions? I'll be watching the movies on my tv through the laptop and tv hdmi ports so the "lousy" matte screen won't make a difference?. Does anyone know if the screen resolution looks like at least 360mbps like I see on YouTube tv? I know there's much better qualities but 360 is the least quality that's good enough for me. Im willing to spend $450-500 but if I can spend $349.99 for the E410 or something else that would be better. Thank you for your time.
