Samsung windows 7

    Hi. New in here. Need some advice if anyone can help.
    My samsung laptop is dispalying the samsung logo, at the bottom left it says F2 for set up and F4 for recovery yet when i click any button it does not respond at all. Any advice would be great. Thanks Mark

    Welcome to the laptop forums site

    Question does your computer load after the logo or is it stuck at the logo screen.

    For the F2 and F4 to be invoked you need to start pressing one of them “immediately” after
    pressing the power on button.
