ron's tinyxp won't boot from usb

    i followed the instruction on installing ron's image on a 1gb u3 usb...but i'm stuck on the acer window where is asking press F12 to select boot sequence. it won't go any futher..any suggestions?

    If you use a U3 memory stick, it's easier to uninstall U3 using the utility on sandisks site to turn it into a regular USB memory stick (opposed to a memory stick partitioned as a CD drive and flash memory). It will appear as a USB harddrive (or mine does) in the f12 boot menu.

    If this tinyxp is anything like MicroXP, it may be missing the files needed for a non-CD installation (in which case you will have to burn and get an external drive or use an adaptor).
