Reset Laptop

    I have a laptop that was being thrown away by the company I work for. I am trying to get into the laptop to reset it, however I can not log onto it. How can I get into it to reset it back to factory specs and make into a viable laptop? It is a Gateway Model E265 running Windows 7 Professional. Thank you in advance:cool:. If possible please post step by step procedure.
