Recovery dont work anymore

    Could anyone please help me with my problem.

    This is what I did, I was going to downgrade my aspire one d250 from windows 7 to windows xp, because my internet usb drive is not compatible with windows 7. Steps that i did
    1. installed xp
    2. restarts after installation
    3. got a blue screen of death after windows loading screen
    4. tried reinstalling windows 7 using recovery tool (alt-f10)
    5. enters recovery tool and finishes installing recovery files
    6. computer restarts
    7. after bios boot up nothing happens, just black screen
    8 tried it several times, still nothing

    What could have caused this? Is this fixable?

    Been reading around the forum, seems that i could have deleted the master boot record, could i still recver this?
