Does RAM's MHz makes any change in the speed? Suppose if I use 4 GB RAM having 1400 MHz and 4 GB RAM 1600 MHz.In this situation will it make any change in the performance?

Not sure whether it affects laptops, but on desktops, it definitely does.
However, the performance varies from task to task.
Obviously, when it comes to editing, it makes a huge difference since it is heavily dependent on RAM.
Most games, you'll get a slight fps increase if you were to use 1400Mhz compared to 1600Mhz
