    Hello there,

    I recently bought the AAO A150L with 1GB of RAM Memory. I'm thinking of upgrading to 1,5GB. I read somewhere the best memory frequency is 533mhz and also see alot of advertising with 667mhz. I checked my RAM frequency with cpu-z and saw it was running at 333MHZ, but if I replace one of the 512MB's do I need to insert a new 1GB with the speed of 333MHZ? And has every Acer Aspire One memory a frequency of 333MHZ?

    333mhz = DDR2 667.
    Just buy PC2-5300 (DDR2-667). I've put Corsair Valueselect PC2-5300 in 3 AAO's and no problems.

    ddr=double data rate=clockrate x 2
    thus 333mhz clocked ddr2 ram is ddr 667mhz or rated 5300mb/s throughput, aka ddr 5300
