Hi, I have the Aspire One Model: AO722. Processor is AMD C-60 APU. Is it possible to upgrade my Aspire one's processing speed by replacing this processor with later year high end Aspire One's processor, or no? For example could I put in a Celeron 877 or Celeron M 743 or a brand of processor outside these two and aspire one line? Or is that impossible?

You have a cheap netbook where the processor is likely soldered onto the motherboard. I suspect the only way of upgrading the CPU is to change the entire motherboard and which point you are probably better off actually buying a proper laptop. So the answer is no.

Sadly there are few upgrades that can easily be done to a netbook.
