I am not very technical so might not understand any advice you may give me so I apologies to start off with. But here goes, I have a very old Toshiba Qosmio laptop running Win 10 but it runs very slowly. I thought maybe I could reset it. But thinking way back to when I first bought it new online it needed to have some special Toshiba drivers uploaded before it would run, and I had to get a tech to do this. My question if I try to reset this laptop will I run into the same problems, will it lose those special drivers? TIA
