Has anyone managed to actually change their power scheme? I can edit the Balanced one, but changing to another one just drops right back to Balanced when I hit ok or apply/ok. It's kinda frustrating, just another little thing with the OS that kinda irks me.

    Try
Right Click the battery icon, and "Set active Scheme". It works for me. The runtime of the battery is updated a few moments after that.

I'd say it is the power saving scheme. But there are a few tweaks to get ~20 more minutes. Search the forum.
