Perfect-fit Sleeve for 3-cell Version (found at Target)

I thought I'd post this in case others were looking for a sleeve for their 3-cell model. It's Tuari branded and fits my 3-cell like a glove. The fit is just snug, no "stretching" required to make it fit. It doesn't seem like much is out there on this sleeve but here are the specs:

Store: Target
Name: Tuari Neoprene Netbook Sleeve ("fits most netbooks up to 10.2")
Size: 11.5" x 9" x 0.5" (I'm almost certain these are the external dimensions).

Again, this fits the 3-cell perfectly, so it probably won't fit the 6-cell with it's battery that sticks out the back. Or if it fits, it might require a little bit of stretch, which the neoprene may or may not do with ease.

 

PS: I tried a case-logic neoprene sleeve, but it was too small. It would have required a lot of force to make it fit around the netbook and would have been a pain to take on and off.

 

I have the 6 cell and this is the laptop sleeve I bought that fits my netbook.
not a snug fit but its the only sleeve I could find that fit the 6 cell.

Update. It fits with a 6-cell battery, but looks a little "lumpy" due to the shape of the battery. I guess that's what you'd expect with a form-fitting sleeve.

 

Thanks for the recommendation. I bought one of these a couple weeks back and it works perfectly on my Acer with the 3 cell battery.

 

Glad to be of help! I had to use "trial and error" before I managed to find a case that fit nicely. I figured I'd share my find.
