patch Service pack 2

    I wonder is there exist something to do like a patch for Service Pack like windows, because i have a language program and it isnt compatible, with linux. I also wonder if i can install Windows xp, in this computer because i have so many programas that needs visual basic and rutine c+++ and i cant install them here, i try with Wine, and it can install it but they doesnt work.
