    Welcome to the forums. I don't understand the problem, can you please explain a bit more?

    Is that the message that appears on the laptop? If so, is it your laptop?

    It sounds like the laptop belongs to someone else called Zara - why not call the number and find out?

    If taken to a Mac store they can most likely find the owner of that through their records using the serial number of the product.
