Is that the message that appears on the laptop? If so, is it your laptop?

It sounds like the laptop belongs to someone else called Zara - why not call the number and find out?

If taken to a Mac store they can most likely find the owner of that through their records using the serial number of the product.

Well you should definitely consider taking that computer to an apple store and having them check it out.
