Oldie, but a goodie (Refurbished laptops?)

While I was dealing with the death of my Acer Aspire, I looked into refurbished laptops as an "in-between" computer, but ultimately ended up with a new Chromebook.

My question to everyone here is this: What should one look for in a "good" refurbished laptop?

Refurbished computers are good it all depends where you are buying them. If you are buying a refurbished laptop from the manufacturer then you can be sure than it is a great computer.
