num lock doesnt work ?

    num lock doesnt work

    i just noticed in my xp pro spk3 , thats works on other pcs ,. but on AAO even when i press num lock it doesnt shows the number 1 light led on the spine of the AAO ?

    mmm...
    i have a similar issue actually.. but its happening randomly and for some reasons its less frequent now..
    my issue is that sometimes, for some reasons, NumLock goes ON by itself...
    VERY annoying, especially when logging on to websites or the AAO itself..
    As i said, its happening not very often now.. my guess is that when I upgraded the memory i have plugged in the keyboard cable not as solidly as I should have..
    Will open it up at some stage and confirm..
    Yours could be the same ..?

    Fn+F11 turns on numlock. Have you tried that?
