No Visual Playing DVD Movie-Windows Media Player

    I get the audio, but no visual. What's wrong?

    Switch to VLC it`s way less hungary on the systems resources. Media Player is just a hog, I guess you are missing a plugin or something, sorry never use it, overheads are way too high.

    VLC is the way ahead for Netbooks

    whereas I've videos that play a blank screen (audio only) in the latest version VLC but play fine in MP11 - it all depends on the video and the codecs.

    it would be cool if VLC had good DSP or a EQ insted of that old Flat Bla sound.
