No sticky notes in starter! Help!

My wife has 7 starter on her new net book. She is dissappointed that starter does not have the sticky notes feature. This is an application that we constantly use on the desktop. Is there an alternitive stickynotes program that can be downloaded or is there a way to get win 7 sticky notes working in starter?
