No Empowering Technology on AOD150?

    I notice there isn't any empowering technology programs installed on the D150 (i.e. Empowering Framework, eNet Mangaement, ePower Management). Can these utilities be installed on the AOD150? I have a bigger Acer notebook and I kind of like those features.
