I have an HP Elitebook 8560p with the following specs:
Intel Core i7 2620M CPU
12 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6470M GPU
Running on Win 10
The AMD GPU didn't caused problems and I had been getting "video_tdr_failure" error. Updating graphics drivers didn't help so I disabled GPU via safe mode and had been using Intel processor graphics. However, after some months, I suddenly started getting vertical lines on my laptop screen. When I restarted the laptop, the screen completely went blank but I could get display on a secondary monitor.
I don't know how to fix this.
