Well, that stick is supposed to be supported by mobile partner, and you now say you've followed instructions from the 3G forum. Please describe, in some detail, precisely what you do, and what happens as a result (Hint: saying "I plug it in and it doesn't work" won't get you very far).

I have that device on 3 and you need to enter some details before it will work.

The connecting software for 3G cards requires the apn which tells the laptop what network to use this is
    three.co.uk

next you need to enter the user name and password which are both

    threeuk

    hope this helps.
Is it pay as you go?

Well it sounds as if you don't actually have mobile partner installed, contrary to what you said above. It ought to be turning up in both the right click menu and in your connect menu. Which method did you use to install it?

And have you tried using it, putting in the settings already provided to you? And if so, what happens?

I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all that helped me.

I don't know what I did, how I did it or anything but it is now working and best of all I have a happy daughter.

What I did - well I went back into Mobile Partner reput all the password, username, phone no.
Like I have a hundred times. But this time it worked and connected.

    Thank you again.
