new 9cell battery having issues

Hi, i just got a new battery which i ordered off ebay (bayeagle1) and i'm having a small problem. The battery led blinks orange and windows 7 doesn't show me the battery life (unknown remaining), i also installed batterybar and nothing its unable to get a battery time just says calculating. I've not some research on it and upgraded my bios to v0.3310 but still the same issue. Has anyone encountered or know a way to fix this, or is my battery faulty? Thank you
