Need help identifying a laptop. (IMAGES INCLUDED)

Hi everyone! So there's this laptop that my brother (who has owned it for about a year) gave to me and I'm looking to sell it. The only problem is that I have no idea what model it is (nor does he remember), all I know is that it is a Dell Inspiron 15 but I need specifics. The underside of the laptop doesn't seem to give me much detail nor does the system information in the control panel. I appreciate any help. Thanks!
