Hope this is something easy, can't get the touchpad's right button to do anything (other than make a clicking sound, no on screen action).

Using A101 with linpus basic setup

Press Alt-F2 and then type xterm and click the Run button.

A Linux command line will appear, type in xfce-setting-show and press Enter.

Settings Manager should appear. Click on the Desktop icon then select the Behaviour tab. Select the 'Show Desktop on Right Click' option then close each window.

Now try right clicking on the desktop - you should now have a desktop menu.

It works fine with a mouse, but not with the touchpad button.

Tried the above, and no change.

There's a part of the touchpad that when tapped acts like a right-mouse click. It's located in the lower right-hand side of the touchpad. Hard to describe exact location but tap away there on the desktop and see whether that will open the menu. I never use the actual touchpad buttons, but rather use this kind of tapping on the mousepad itself.

    Cheers.
