my laptop had 2 8gb ddr4 3200Mhz ram slots they worked fine until one day one of them stopped working and my bios and system configuration started showing only 1 ram so what should i do my laptop is out of warranty so should i re insert those two ram sticks again to check whether they are working fine or i should install new same ram sticks my laptop is around 4 years old amd ryzen 7 4800H and gpu is nvidia gtx 1650ti .
My pc isn't reading my second ram slot
