My one got broken..

I received my aspire one last week and just after 4 days of little use it has already a problem.. Just after starting it up it freezes on the BIOS screen, if I press esc it blocks while writing channel 1 and SSD disk details..

I tried to enter the BIOS pressing f2 but it doenst enter and also the boot selection isnt working.

I already contacted acer support and they said to send it to them.. I'm writing here to ask if someone has some idea about what could be the problem. In my opinion the SSD disk is fuc*ed up and the BIOS doesnt even see it now.

If you can't even get into the BIOS setup, it's more serious than an SSD issue. They'll probably need to replace the mainboard.
