My laptop Acer Aspire One D260 is found dead.

    My laptop Acer Aspire One D260 is found dead.

    Battary is found OK.
    When trying to On pwr button LED of pwr button not working but when holding the Pwr button only LED of battary charging & Light is getting on till holding the button.
    No other sound.

    Sorry to say it could be a number of things.

    First thing to try is remove the ram try turning it on then off again
    then refit the same ram you removed. Could be static holding the ram.


    Possible faulty hard drive,or simply a faulty on and off switch.
